David T. Carreon Bradley

David T. Carreon Bradley currently serves as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Rhode Island School of Design, where responsibilities include leading strategic analyses to improve organizational culture and policy regarding representation and access. David has extensive experience as a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion consultant and has held several high-level roles, including Vice President of DEI at Occidental College and Smith College. At California State University, Fullerton, David developed and executed DEI strategies in an inaugural role as Diversity Officer. David's career includes a significant tenure at Vassar College, where contributions spanned both senior diversity administration and faculty roles in physics, fostering diversity initiatives and enhancing cultural competency. Educational achievements include a Doctorate in Organizational Change & Leadership from the University of Southern California and a PhD in Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
