Hana Ballard

Hana Ballard is an experienced professional in project management and clinical research, currently serving as an Associate Project Manager at Rho since January 2021. Previously, Hana held roles as an In-House Clinical Research Associate and Research Associate at the same company. Prior to Rho, Hana worked as a Research Technician at The Duke Human Vaccine Institute from January 2019 to January 2021 and as a Technologist at LabCorp, where responsibilities included running confirmation drug tests using GC/MS and LC/MS/MS, initial data review, and troubleshooting. Hana's early experience includes functioning as an Undergraduate Lab Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and as a Pharmacy Technician at Harris Teeter. Hana earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2017.
