Stephen Noga

Stephen Noga has significant work experience in various roles and companies. Stephen started their career at Independent Sector in 1986 as the Director of Technical Services & Programs, where they worked until 1995. In 1995, they joined UNC, Collaborative Studies Coordinating Center as the ARIC Statistical Computing Team Manager, a role they held until 1997. In the same year, they joined Rho, Inc. as the Director of Statistical Programming, a position they held until 2010. Stephen then became the Chief Strategist, Technology R&D at Rho, Inc. Overall, Stephen Noga has experience in statistical programming, team management, and technology R&D.

Stephen Noga holds a BS degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University. In March 2022, they obtained a certification in GDPR Compliance: Essential Training from LinkedIn.
