Anita Caulfield

Anita Caulfield is an experienced Office Manager and Executive Assistant with a robust background in the pharmaceutical and academic sectors. Currently serving at Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Inc. since 2018, Anita manages daily operations and provides critical support to C Suite leaders. Prior experience includes a position as Executive Assistant to the VP/Global Head OBU at Novartis from 2016 to 2018, and a long tenure at the Broad Institute of MIT & Harvard from 2005 to 2016, supporting Todd Golub, MD, in roles related to the Chief Scientific Officer and Director of the Cancer Program. Anita holds a BA in Modern Languages and Business from Providence College, and has completed various professional development courses in Business Administration and Management, alongside additional education from prestigious institutions such as Boston University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
