Kaisa L.

Kaisa L. is an experienced professional currently serving as an Expert-coordinator at the Estonian Information System Authority since March 2024. Previously, Kaisa held the position of IT Academy Courseware Project Manager at the Education and Youth Board of Estonia from September 2022 to March 2024. Kaisa also contributed as a Consultant at the Estonian Business School from July 2013 to September 2022, managing the admission process for PhD students and overseeing various academic events and consultations. Earlier roles include Development Advisor at Eesti Üliõpilaskondade Liit, where responsibilities included facilitating communication among member unions and organizing training activities, and Cultural Manager at Tallinn University, managing events for international students. Kaisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Tallinn University and studied at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
