Ghera has extensive experience in real estate investment and finance, currently serving as a Director and previously holding positions as Senior Vice President, Vice President, Senior Associate, and Associate at Rialto Capital since July 2017. Prior to this, Jacob Ghera was a Summer Associate at Rialto Capital and spent over three years at Vanbarton Group LLC as a Senior Analyst and Analyst in Debt & Equity Acquisitions, focusing on underwriting and structuring various real estate investments across the U.S. Early career experience includes roles at PGIM Real Estate as an Investment Research Analyst and as an Analyst at Marcus & Millichap. Jacob A. Ghera holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from The Wharton School.
