Brian Harwell has a extensive work experience in the field of telecommunications. Brian started their career in 1987 at GTE Florida as an Engineer, and worked there until 1990. Brian then joined Nortel in 1993 as a Senior VoIP Verification Engineer, and remained with the company until 2010. Following Nortel, they joined GENBAND as a Senior VoIP Verification Engineer in 2010, where they worked until 2017. Currently, they are employed at Ribbon Communications as an SV Architect & Test Engineer, a position they have held since October 2017.
Brian Harwell received their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1986 to 1991. Brian then pursued further education at the same institution, completing their Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from 1991 to 1993.
