Jeremy Marcus

Jeremy Marcus currently serves as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Richards Manufacturing Company since January 2024. Previously, Jeremy held the position of Continuous Improvement Manager at Kerry from April 2021 to January 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Collins Aerospace, Director of Continuous Improvement at Hoppe Technologies, and various managerial positions at Barnes Aerospace. Jeremy began a career in engineering at JLG Industries, progressing through multiple engineering roles. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, earned between 2000 and 2005.
