Stephanie Frederick has over two decades of experience in benefits management and human resources. Currently serving as Benefits Manager at Richland School District 2 since 2001, Stephanie has previously held the position of Director of Benefits at Paradyme Human Resources Corporation from September 1997 to June 2001. Prior experience includes working as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst at RBMG from July 1996 to September 1997. Stephanie Frederick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Columbia College (SC), earned between 1992 and 1996.
