Ayesha Naaz

Ayesha Naaz is a Configuration Specialist at Richpanel since July 2024, with extensive experience in user retention and product management from BYJU'S. During a tenure at BYJU'S from February 2017 to May 2025, Ayesha held various positions including Assistant Senior Manager - Retention, where leadership of a six-member project management team resulted in an 80% increase in renewal rates and growth in recurring revenue. Ayesha also served as Manager of User Experience, leading a team of over 30 product experts to exceed KPI targets and enhance customer retention through innovative strategies. As a Product Expert, Ayesha contributed to the launch of the Tutor program, which generated 35% of first-quarter revenue, and successfully collaborated on the launch of Classes, achieving a tenfold revenue increase and attracting 28,000 new users. Prior experience includes a role as Business Development Associate at Upraised and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Bengal College of Engineering and Technology for Women.
