Matt Parker has over 20 years of experience in service delivery and management roles within the technology and security industries. Currently serving as the Global Service Delivery Manager at Ricoh USA, Inc. since January 2006, Matt has held multiple titles including Area Director for Managed Services and Field Implementation Manager. Prior experience includes the role of Pre-Engineered Systems Sales Manager at Koorsen Fire and Security and Suppression Sales Manager at SimplexGrinnell. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Midway University, completed between 2012 and 2013.
