Amanda Smith is an experienced data leader with a robust background in data governance and architecture, currently serving as Head of Data at RICS since December 2014. In this role, Amanda oversees various data functions, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and enhancing data literacy. Previously, Amanda held dual roles at RICS as a Market Data & Insight Analyst and Global Data Governance Manager, where responsibilities included facilitating data governance policy implementation and ensuring compliance with data standards and regulations. Prior to RICS, Amanda worked at Schoeller Allibert Limited as a UK CRM Dynamics Administrator, managing the organization's CRM system, and at Virgin Media as a Customer Services Quality Manager focused on leadership and business process improvement. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Media Studies from The University of St. Mark and St. John.
