Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Director at Riddell, Inc. since 2002, Jim oversees a team responsible for ensuring that football helmets meet NOCSAE and NAERA standards for concussion and head injury prevention. Prior to this role, Jim held positions such as Director of Quality at Midway Amusement Games LLC, managing quality for home entertainment software and coin-operated video games, and served as Quality Assurance Director at WMS Industries, where responsibilities included overseeing quality for gaming and pinball games, following a progression from Reliability Engineer. Early career experience includes a role as Manufacturing Engineer at General Binding Corporation, focusing on optimizing manufacturing processes. Jim earned a BSME degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
