Kevin Mershon

Kevin Mershon is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading development teams and managing complex software projects. Currently a Senior Software Engineer at Ride Health since March 2021, Kevin plays a key role in creating an internal Admin solution for non-emergency medical transport and contributes to migrating systems to Clojure/CLJS infrastructure. Prior to this, Kevin held various positions, including Team Lead and Staff Software Development Engineer at Rakuten Ready, where expertise in Clojure, ETL development, and cloud services (AWS, GCP) was leveraged. A history of leadership is evident in roles such as President of Mershon Enterprises LLC, which specialized in software consultancy for mid-sized companies, and Co-Owner of Slixbits Inc., a web development firm. Kevin has also held key development positions at Ramsgate Engineering, Praetorium US, Inc., and TrueShip, LLC, and has a strong educational background with a degree from San Jose State University.
