Kristy Beaudoin

Kristy Beaudoin, SPHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources operations. Currently serving as Director of HR Operations at Fox Factory since January 2021, Kristy has progressed through various roles, including Sr Manager and Manager of HR Operations. Prior to Fox Factory, Kristy worked at CA Technologies for over 16 years, holding positions such as Principal People Operations Analyst and Sr HR Operations Analyst, along with other HR roles. Kristy began a career in recruitment as a Technical Recruiter at The Allegiance Group from 1999 to 2003. Kristy holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from SUNY Geneseo.
