Michael Fishero

Michael Fishero serves as the Global Quality Systems Manager at FOX Factory since November 2015, where a significant achievement includes leading the project that resulted in the El Cajon location becoming the first worldwide to obtain IATF 16949 certification in 2018. Prior to FOX Factory, Michael worked as an Account Manager at Taiyo Yuden (U.S.A.) Inc. from July 2014 to November 2015, focusing on developing sales strategies and maintaining customer relationships. Michael's extensive experience also encompasses a 16-year tenure at Pioneer Electronics, where over 50 awards were received for Quality Assurance and Customer Support, achieving a zero-defects record. Earlier career roles included Quality Technician and Process Auditor at HARMAN International, where responsibilities involved creating process documentation and conducting audits. Michael Fishero holds a degree from Indiana University Indianapolis, completed between 1992 and 1998.
