Robin Larkey

Robin Larkey is an experienced professional in compensation and talent development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Compensation and Talent Development at Fox Factory since January 2022. Prior to this role, Robin was a Compensation and HR Consultant at HR Assets, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of total rewards and talent strategies. Robin’s extensive background includes a significant tenure at Cisco, where leadership roles encompassed directing a global team for new graduate and intern hiring, as well as overseeing HR operations for a large engineering organization. Earlier experience includes a position at Scientific Atlanta as Compensation and Human Resources Director, supporting a global workforce. Robin holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Georgia State University.
