Tony Spoto

Tony Spoto is an experienced logistics and operations professional currently serving as Senior Director of Logistics at Fox Factory since April 2023. Prior to this role, Tony held various leadership positions at WestRock Company from April 2013 to November 2022, including Vice President of Sales and Operations Planning and Senior Director of Performance Excellence, while also being recognized as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt in Supply Chain. Tony's career began at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company as a Tire Design Engineer, followed by roles at Freudenberg-NOK, Huber Engineered Woods, and Lexmark International Inc., where contributions to process improvement and Six Sigma methodologies were prominent. Tony earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, attending from 1994 to 1998, after graduating from Aurora High School in 1994.
