Andrew Bray FCIOB is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and consultancy within the construction sector. Currently serving as Partner at Ridge and Partners LLP since December 2015, Andrew has previously held significant roles, including Account Principal at Arcadis and Director of Project Management at Sweett Group, where notable achievements included developing a project management capability in Leamington Spa and leading the Oxford office. Andrew's career began in engineering roles at ESA Consulting Engineers and the Airport Authority of Hong Kong, advancing through key positions at ISG Interior Exterior, Marconi, Mouchel plc., and Turner & Townsend. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Design & Construction Management from the University of Greenwich.
