Bill Wilson

Bill Wilson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and leadership roles. Currently serving as Principal Customer Experience Manager at Ridgeline since April 2024, Bill previously held the position of President at Alchemy.us from February 2017 to April 2024, where Bill also co-founded the company and served as Executive Vice President for Talent Development. Bill's career includes a role as Director of Academic Relations at Workday from September 2014 to January 2017 and a distinguished service as a Naval Officer in the US Navy from March 1986 to August 2014. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from East Carolina University and a Master's Degree in National Security from the US Army War College, along with a commissioning as an Ensign from Officer Candidate School. Educational background includes completion of Duxbury High School in Duxbury, MA.
