Jim Dolman

Jim Dolman is a Senior Event Solutions Specialist at RIEDEL Communications since November 2019, specializing in sailing intercom systems, system design, and technical leadership for special projects. As a freelancer since May 2013, Jim has held various roles including stage manager, intercom engineer, and production assistant at numerous festivals and events such as the Amsterdam Dance Event and Eurosonic Noorderslag. Prior experience includes serving as Secretary for Per Expressie from September 2011 to February 2019, supporting young artists through event organization. Jim also worked as a Remote Camera Operator at Crisicom from July 2012 to August 2015, focusing on live registration of training exercises. Educational background includes a degree from the University of Amsterdam (2013-2019) and earlier studies at Scholengemeenschap De Amersfoortse Berg (2005-2011) in Economie & Maatschappij.
