Abhiroop Gandhi

Abhiroop Gandhi currently serves as Vice President of Compliance, Quality, and Enterprise Risk at Rigel Pharmaceuticals Inc., starting in September 2023. Prior to this role, Abhiroop co-founded and held the position of COO at EnlitenAI, Inc., a digital health startup focused on AI-based continuous monitoring of neurological indicators, from August 2022 to October 2023. Additionally, Abhiroop has experience as a self-employed advisor and consultant, offering compliance and risk management services to life sciences and medtech companies. Previously, from April 2017 to July 2022, Abhiroop worked at Verily (Google Life Sciences) as the Trust & Compliance Officer and Head of Strategic Risk Management, overseeing compliance operations and reporting. Abhiroop's expertise also includes establishing compliance programs for biotech firms and conducting risk assessments. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi.
