Kameshwar Yadavalli

Kameshwar Yadavalli has extensive experience in semiconductor process development and has held significant leadership positions, including Vice President and Senior Director of Fab at Rigetti Computing from February 2022 to December 2023. At Rigetti, Kameshwar led the development of Josephson junction processes, contributing to the success of quantum processors with a notable achievement of 98% median 2Q fidelity on the Ankaa-2 processor. Prior to Rigetti, Kameshwar served as Director of Semiconductor Process Development at Ostendo Technologies and held various roles in process development. Kameshwar's academic background includes a PhD and MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Postdoctoral tenure at the University of California Los Angeles, focusing on advanced semiconductor technologies. Additional education includes a Technical Management Program at UCLA Extension.
