Burlen Baker

Burlen Baker has over two decades of experience in technical operations and systems engineering, currently serving as the VP of Technical Operations at Rightworks since August 2010, where previous roles included Director of Advanced Technology and Architecture, Director of Internet Operations, and Senior Systems Engineer. Prior to Rightworks, Burlen worked at Fidelity Investments from 2000 to 2010 in various positions such as Principal Systems Engineer, Senior Manager of Systems Engineering, Operating Systems Manager, and Principal Network Engineer. Experience also includes a tenure at Wang Government Services as a Principal Network/Systems Engineer, as well as roles at Advanced Paradigms Inc and Optima Healthcare. Burlen Baker holds a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
