Kara Hall

Kara Hall, M.A., is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and employee engagement. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Internal Communications at Rightworks since April 2023, Kara writes over 200 internal communications annually, often in a ghost-writing capacity for numerous leaders, and has successfully launched a primary internal communications tool along with a weekly newsletter. Prior experience includes managing confidential change management communications during the merger of 3M and KCI, leading executive communications for the sales leadership team at 3M, and overseeing internal and external communications at Security Service Federal Credit Union. Additionally, Kara held roles related to event management and community development with organizations like Susan G. Komen and the American Cancer Society. Kara holds a Master of Arts in Administration, Communications, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from the University of the Incarnate Word.
