Robert Jones is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in cloud operations and technical support. Currently serving as the Director of Cloud Operations at Right Networks since October 2014, Robert leads a skilled team responsible for the maintenance and growth of four data centers in the accounting sector. Prior roles include Cloud Technical Operations Manager and Team Lead for Advanced Technical Support at Teleperformance, as well as positions with Microsoft as an Office 365 Technical Trainer and Subject Matter Expert. Robert's earlier experience includes serving as a BPOS Engineer at Sovran Acquisitions and Associate Manager. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University, an Associate of Science from Broward Community College, and a Computer Electronics Degree from Atlantic Vocational Center.
