Audrey joined Right To Play in October 2015 as Regional HR Officer for East and Southern Africa and later moved into the roles of Afica HR Manager, and now Director, People & Culture. Audrey is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM – SCP) with a Masters’ in Business Administration (MBA) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management. Audrey has led a number of key projects at Right to Play including: the standardization and alignment of recruitment, development and performance management across Africa, and she developed locally responsive HR Manuals for the 8 Country Offices in Africa, in partnership with Country Directors, local HR representatives, and legal advisors.
