Susan Cardella

Susan Cardella currently serves as the Vice President of Partnerships at RightRev, where responsibility includes driving partnership strategy across Global System Integrators, deployment and technology partners, and key business alliances. Prior to RightRev, Susan held the position of Director of Global System Integrator Partnerships at Google, focusing on scaling partnerships to enhance the enterprise market presence of Chrome, ChromeOS, and Android. At Workday, Susan contributed as Senior Director, Global Partners with Deloitte, managing alliance relationships and go-to-market strategies while also serving in leadership roles that emphasized change enablement and partner operations. Earlier experience includes serving as Change Management Principal Consultant at Symantec and as Senior Director of Customer Success at ServiceNow. Academic credentials include an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
