Cuong Doan, also known as Aaron, is a seasoned professional in the technical support and engineering fields, currently serving as the Regional Technical Support Manager at RIGOL Technologies since June 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Application Engineer at Tekmark Group, a Software Test Engineer for a vital COVID-19 medical device project at VINFAST, and as a Test Specialist at Vinsmart, where expertise was developed in 5G technology and telecommunications standards. Cuong's career began with a focus on wireless products at COMIT Corp, where leadership of a technical support team was showcased, and foundational engineering skills were honed during internships at Viettel Telecom and a student exchange program. Academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from the Military Technical Academy.
