Fatine Massous is a skilled functional safety engineer with expertise in ISO 26262 standards. Currently at Rimac Technology since January 2021, Fatine successfully led the company’s first ISO 26262 Certification and manages the functional safety team for high-voltage battery projects. Previously, Fatine worked at Sector Group from August 2018 to January 2021, collaborating with the PSA group to develop safety specifications and evaluate suppliers’ safety products. Earlier experiences include a graduation project internship at VINCI Energies focused on wind farm electrical evacuation networks and operational internships at REDAL SA and ONEE - Branche Electricité. Fatine holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the Mohammadia School of Engineers, completed in 2018.

Having delivered technology for many small volume projects in the past years, Rimac Technology is ramping up its production capacity and will be manufacturing 40,000 batteries per year in 2024 – and this is just one of 12 OEM projects currently ongoing, ranging from small hybrid battery systems to full rolling chassis. Rimac Technology today is a 1.000-people company based on the outskirts of Zagreb, Croatia. From 2023, The Rimac Group, including Rimac Technology, will be headquartered at a new 200,000 m2 Rimac Campus on the outskirts of Zagreb in Croatia.
