Marko Brkljačić has diverse work experience in various positions and industries. Marko started their career as the owner of budalizacija.hr, a company they managed for eight years. Marko then joined Tokić Ltd, where they held roles such as Marketing Trainee, Head of Digital Marketing, Deputy Director of Purchasing, and Chief Digital Transformation and Innovation Officer. Following their time at Tokić Ltd, Marko joined Rimac Automobili, initially serving as an Advisor to the CEO before progressing to roles including Head of Strategic Projects and Chief of Staff/Head of CEO office. Currently, Marko is working at Rimac Technology, where they hold the positions of Interim Chief Operating Officer and COO Deputy.

Marko Brkljačić completed their Executive MBA at COTRUGLI Business School in 2018. Marko obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Ekonomski fakultet, Sveučilište u Zagrebu from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended XV. Gimnazija Zagreb - MIOC from 2003 to 2007.

Rimac Technology today is a 1.000-people company based on the outskirts of Zagreb, Croatia. From 2023, The Rimac Group, including Rimac Technology, will be headquartered at a new 200,000 m2 Rimac Campus on the outskirts of Zagreb in Croatia.
