Bill Carslay

Mr. Carslay serves as SVP, General Manager, Professional Services. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of professional services, ranging from strategy, service execution, and delivery to human capital and client relationships. This remit addresses a growing customer base across a diverse set of technologies in more than 21 countries.

Mr. Carslay is a skilled executive leader with more than 30 years of experience in building, managing, and growing professional services across the globe with expertise in retail, communications, and high tech, as well as travel and transportation services. He has worked across North America, Latin America, and Europe.

Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Carslay was at Oracle where he collaborated with customers to help them achieve value from their technology investments in the retail sector

Previously, he worked at Retail Consult, a specialist in technology solutions for the retail industry. Mr. Carslay began his career at Accenture

Mr. Carslay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Portland State University.
