Scott Hoffmann

Scott Hoffmann serves as the Director and Managing Counsel for General Litigation at Rimini Street since May 2016, where responsibilities have included overseeing litigation matters and providing legal counsel. Prior to this role, Scott held various positions at Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie, including Partner, managing associates and paralegals while representing clients in complex disputes. Additionally, experience encompasses work in insurance defense and product liability litigation at Beckley Singleton. Scott has authored articles and lectured on various legal topics, focusing on employment law, construction lien law, and real estate disputes. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from California State University, Chico.
