Maximillian Martinez, EIT, has extensive experience in mechanical engineering, currently serving as Lead Mechanical Engineer at Rincon Research Corporation since January 2016, after progressing through various engineering roles within the organization. Prior to this, Maximillian worked at US Steel from June 2013 to December 2015 as Maintenance Shift Manager, overseeing preventive maintenance and upgrades for the Basic Oxygen Process facility. Maximillian also gained experience as a Quality Assurance Engineering Intern at Evraz Inc NA in 2012. Maximillian holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, earned in 2013, following a high school diploma from Montrose High School in 2007.
