Boris Strongin

Boris Strongin is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in cloud technologies and contact center solutions. Currently serving as VP of Engineering for the Contact Center at RingCentral, Boris has successfully built and launched RingCX, an AI-first omni-channel cloud-native contact center. Previous roles include Vice President of Platform and Architecture at Avaya, where Boris developed leading CCaaS solutions, and VP and Head of Platform at 8x8, driving the transition to a hybrid cloud platform. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions at Amazon Web Services, VMware, Oracle, HyTrust, SeeControl Inc., Telephia, and Determina, showcasing a strong track record in product development, cloud automation, and security solutions. Boris holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
