Currently serving as the Lead UX Researcher at RIO | The Logistics Flow since September 2017, Sarah specializes in user research and the enablement of design methodologies, strategy, and implementation. Prior experience includes roles as Senior UX Researcher & Designer at MAN Truck & Bus SE and Team Manager of UX Design & User Research at FTI Group. Earlier positions involved user experience design in various capacities, including usability testing and interface design for social games. Sarah's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in New Media - Interface Design from Merz Akademie, Hochschule für Gestaltung, Kunst und Medien.
