Previously, Elias held multiple leadership roles at Rio Tinto, including Chief Financial Officer for Copper & Diamonds, Chairman of the Board, and Managing Director of Group Corporate Strategy & Development. Prior to joining Rio Tinto, Elias worked as a Director at PwC, contributing significant expertise in corporate strategy and financial management.
