David Yi

David Yi, CFA, serves as the VP of Corporate Development & Strategy at Riot Platforms, Inc. since May 2024. Previously, David co-founded Aspen Creek Digital Corporation and held the position of Chief Commercial Officer from February 2022 to February 2024. David's experience in investment banking includes leadership roles as Head of Crypto Investment Banking at Cantor Fitzgerald and as an investment banker at Rothschild & Co, BMO Capital Markets, and Dundee Capital Markets. David holds an Honours Business Administration degree in Finance from Ivey Business School at Western University and graduated from Oakville Trafalgar High School.
