Ashley Rho is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in leading innovative design projects across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Product Designer at Ripple, Ashley has successfully led initiatives such as the "Ripple Chat" project and spearheaded the Batch Payments initiative. Previously, at Intuit, a self-service upgrade feature significantly increased customer upgrades. As Design Director at Upgrade, Inc., Ashley developed an online lending platform and built a design team from the ground up. Earlier roles included Senior Product Designer at Lending Club, where Ashley won a Webby Award for best banking website, and various design positions at XLR8 Mobile, SK Co., Ltd., ID-Lab, and Muti-Finetech. Ashley holds a Master's degree in New Media Design from the Academy of Art University and advanced certifications in user experience and interaction design from Nielsen Norman Group.
