Sierra L.

Sierra L. is a dedicated marketing intern at RippleMatch since June 2022 and founder of Sustain Point Consulting Group since September 2020. Concurrently, Sierra works as a Communication and Design Associate at the University of California, Berkeley, while previously gaining experience as a summer intern at Deloitte Asia Pacific in 2021 and serving as a campus representative for Course Hero. Additional roles include contract consultant at Veracity Protocol, project manager at Outhrive, and participation in investment banking and sales programs with Bright Network and Vector Marketing, respectively. Sierra’s consulting work at Optimir Consulting involved market research and rebranding for Flourish, a fintech company. Sierra holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
