Carla Maroussas

Carla Maroussas is an experienced professional in coaching, leadership, and business development, currently serving as Mentoring Manager for the UK & Europe at Rise since April 2023. Carla founded Carla Maroussas Coaching in November 2020, focusing on bespoke coaching programs and values-based empowerment, and is also a Senior Consultant at Sonic Ventures, providing expertise in business development and leadership training. Previous roles include Executive Director at TALITHA ARTS, Owner & Director of C M Sales Consultancy, and Managing Director at Metropolis Group, where strategic leadership and client management were key responsibilities. Carla holds a BA (Hons) in Communications & Cultural Studies & Public Media from Leeds University and has an extensive background in media sales from tenure at Ascent Media.
