Mindi Mitchell, MBA, is an accomplished Chief Operations Officer at Rise Services Inc. with extensive experience in operational leadership. In this role since December 2022, Mindi previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Direct Care Innovations from January 2018 to December 2022, and held multiple positions at Rise Services Inc. from 1999 to 2018, including Vice President of Operations, State Program Administrator, Director, Coordinator, and Direct Support Professional. Mindi earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oregon between 2016 and 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Anthropology from Eastern Oregon University, completed in 1999.
