Debra Ripp

Debra Ripp has extensive experience in both community support and the arts. Since September 2001, Debra has served as a Community Habilitation Specialist at Rise, Inc., working with adults with developmental disabilities in Crystal, MN. Simultaneously, Debra has focused on artistic endeavors as a mixed media artist at Toberson Studios since July 1992, emphasizing a creative philosophy that embraces diverse materials and continuous skill development. Additional contributions include organizing the annual Do the Dow Open Studios event in 2013, serving as a board member and co-chair for the Program Committee at WARM from 2010 to 2013, and participating in various roles within artistic organizations. Debra holds an MFA in Studio & Humanities from The University of Iowa and a BFA in Studio Art & Humanities from The University of Minnesota.
