Kevin Gagner is an experienced Application Administrator at Rise, Inc. since January 2016, where responsibilities have included project management for the implementation of medical billing, case management, and payroll systems, as well as overseeing CRM development and training. Previously, Kevin served as a DTH Manager at Opportunity Partners, managing a team of case managers and improving service delivery models, alongside contributing to CRM rollout and training initiatives. Additional roles include working as an Assistant Manager and Service Coordinator in various capacities to support individuals with developmental disabilities, and earlier experiences encompass internships and seasonal labor with a focus on community engagement and education. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
