Tim Dickie is currently the Chief Program Officer at Rise, Inc., overseeing all programs and services. Before that, Tim was a Surveyor at CARF International, where Tim administered an accreditation process for human service providers. Prior to that, Tim served as the Vice President of Program Services at Midwest Special Services, Inc., where Tim provided leadership for program services supporting adults with disabilities. Tim's career also includes a role as Senior Director of Vocational Programs at Opportunity Partners. Tim holds an MBA from Capella University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
