The Training and Development team at RISE Partnership designs, implements, and manages educational programs and resources aimed at enhancing the skills and well-being of Oregon care providers and state employees. They collaborate with unions and employers to create equitable training experiences through curriculum development, field training, learning technologies, and wellness education.
