Annelise Bauer

Annelise Bauer is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in non-profit organizations and education. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at SHE-CAN, Annelise focuses on empowering women from low-opportunity backgrounds. Annelise holds key positions such as Board Member and Chair of the Board of Trustees at The Bay School of San Francisco and is part of the Leadership Council for Rise Up, which advocates for girls' and women's rights globally. As the Founder and Executive Director of Children for Change, Annelise empowers youth to be changemakers. Previous roles include Lead at The Redford Center and Elected School Board Trustee for Ross Valley School District, alongside a legal career as In-House Counsel at The Myers-Briggs Company and Attorney at Severson & Werson. Annelise obtained an A.B. in Sociology from Princeton University and a J.D. with honors from Boston University School of Law.
