Elise Delk, CPA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in various accounting and finance roles. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Fundamental Portal since October 2023, Elise is instrumental in enhancing the investment management experience for real estate professionals through a state-of-the-art platform. Previously, Elise held the position of Vice President Finance at Rise48 Equity and Controller at RSI Homes. Notably, from April 2016 to March 2022, Elise was Chief Financial Officer for APSCO, Hennesy Mechanical Sales, and MuniQuip. Earlier career highlights include serving as Audit Manager at CBIZ MHM, LLC, and various roles in accounting and finance at firms such as KPMG and Clifton Gunderson LLP. Elise holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
