Emmanuel Raj

Emmanuel Raj is the Founder and Lead ML Engineer at Topintegrations since April 2025 and serves as an Affiliate Researcher at Arcada University of Applied Sciences since April 2021, focusing on MLOps, Edge Computing, NLP, Computer Vision, and Blockchain. Previously, Emmanuel held the position of Lead Machine Learning Engineer and Team Lead at RELEX Solutions from January 2022 to March 2025, leading AI platform modernization and infrastructure automation. Before that, Emmanuel worked at TietoEVRY as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer from January 2019 to January 2022, developing end-to-end Machine Learning models, and was a member of the European AI Alliance representing the European Commission from June 2019 to October 2021. Additional experience includes an AI Engineer role at Silo AI and an AI Developer position at BankItOn, where key projects involved developing AI products and a Chatbot with industry partners. Emmanuel holds a Master of Engineering in Big Data Analytics from Arcada University and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Lovely Professional University.
