Sharif Hossain Shovon has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Sharif started their career in 2017 as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at ERTL-YANG, where they worked until September 2018. In 2020, they joined Riseup Labs as a Business Development Specialist, where they gathered requirements from clients for staff augmentation and IT outsourcing services. Sharif then advanced to the position of Manager Strategic Partnerships, where they built and maintained relationships with international affiliates across various regions. Currently, they hold the role of Head of Partnerships at Riseup Labs, where they develop and executes strategic partnership plans to drive business growth globally. Sharif also leads negotiations and oversees the implementation and delivery of partnership initiatives.

From 2012 to 2016, Sharif Hossain Shovon attended Europa-Universität Flensburg, where they obtained a Master's degree in European Studies.
